Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Because many of our jewelry pieces are handmade or one of a kind, processing times may occasionally vary. If there is any unexpected delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

For larger or fragile items, local pickup may be available when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original packaging and complimentary items (including gift box, jewelry pouch, care card, thank-you card, polishing cloth if included, and any other items originally sent)

Returns that are incomplete or missing original contents may be subject to a partial refund.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings

• Teacups and other drinkware that come into contact with food or beverages

Large or fragile décor pieces may also be final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and the packaging.

We'll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, exchanges may not always be possible.

If an exchange is available, we'll gladly discuss the options with you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
