Your necklace will arrive carefully packaged in a jewelry pouch with a care card and thank-you card, making it ready for gifting or keeping.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
For returns requested for any other reason, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items valued over $100 USD, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
